Great Question! Custom engraving can vary greatly in price, from the materials, to the amount of time that goes into the design. We can provide an estimate for free, but that can be subject to change. To commission design work, a minimum of $50.00 is required for deposit.
Do you have a design or concept you would like to have engraved? If you can send us an .SVG or .PNG file of the design, we can definitely get that made for you. Keep in mind that not all designs will look exactly like the image once they are engraved. Lastly, designs that are owned by a copyright, (Movies, TV Shows, Sports Teams, etc.) will not be able to be engraved due to ownership of the designs.
At this point we do not have a return policy, as all sales are final. However, if you are dissatisfied with a design or product that you receive, please contact us so that we can remedy the situation as soon as possible.
Great question! We do not currently have a store front to display our merchandise. You can view our products online through our products page, or if you would like something more personalized, you can contact use and we would be more than happy to work on designs with you!
Our machine can engrave on most materials! Plastic, Metal, Foam, Wood and Acrylic to name a few. However, for custom work, please keep in mind that some materials require treatment before engraving, which will affect the final cost of the product.
